Return and Exchange Policy
1. 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
2. How to Start a Return

3. Approved Returns
If your return is accepted, we will email you detailed instructions. For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind or size-related returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Returns must be sent within 7 business days of approval. Delays may result in cancellation.
Please ensure the item is packaged securely. We recommend a tracked service and sharing the tracking number with us.

5. Exchange Conditions
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size, color, or model):
- We will check availability before confirming the exchange.
- You must return the original item at your own cost unless it's defective.
- Once received and inspected, we will issue a store credit equal to the product value (excluding any fees).
- The credit can be used for a new purchase.
6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Items not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error
- Personal care or intimate items (unless defective)
7. Partial Refunds or Return Denial
If returned items are used, damaged, or missing tags, we may:
- Issue a partial refund up to 50%
- Or return the item to the customer without refund
