Refund policy
1. Overview
At Nestling Nurture, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds are issued after an approved return. It complements our Return and Exchange Policy and applies to all purchases made through our website.
2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. To qualify, the item must:
- Be unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Be in its original packaging with tags
- Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund or returned to the customer.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email contact@nestlingnurture.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, reason for the return, and photos if applicable (e.g., damaged item). We will respond with instructions and return address details.
3.1 Return Shipping Costs
- For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), Nestling Nurture will provide a pre-paid return label.
- For returns due to change of mind, size exchange, or any reason not related to our error, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Inspection: Within 1–2 business days after the returned item is received
- Approval: Confirmation sent via email if the item meets refund eligibility
- Issuance: Refund processed within 5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: May take 2–7 additional business days depending on your provider
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at contact@nestlingnurture.com.
5. Partial Refunds or Return Denial
If an item is returned used, damaged, missing original tags or packaging, or not in resale condition, we may:
- Issue a partial refund of up to 50% of the item's value
- Or return the item to the customer with no refund
This decision will be made after our inspection and communicated via email.
5.1 Refund of Shipping Fees
Original shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), we will provide a pre-paid return label to cover the cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Gift cards
- Items returned not in their original condition or missing parts not due to our error
7. Refunds for Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will open an investigation with the courier. Once confirmed, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, based on your preference.
7.1 Sale or Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale or during promotional periods follow the same refund policy as regular-priced items.
All products, regardless of discount status, are subject to the same eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2 of this policy.
8. Refund Method
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout. We do not issue refunds to alternative accounts, prepaid cards, or in cash.
8.1 International Refunds
For international orders, the refund process follows the same steps as for Australian orders.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent products, for which we will provide return assistance.
Please note that bank processing times for international refunds may vary depending on the country and financial institution.
8.2 Refund of Taxes and Fees
All taxes and fees included in the product price will be refunded proportionally to the refunded product value.
Customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are not refundable by Nestling Nurture, as they are collected by local government authorities.
